TGI Fridays does not charge the same everywhere. We compared the same 105 menu items at six restaurants. One of each would cost $1,764.26 in Conway, Arkansas and $1,949.16 in Porter Ranch, California: 10.5% more, or $184.90.

Item by item, the average dish cost 13.2% more in Porter Ranch, because a cheap item that rises $1 grows by a bigger share than a $25 steak that rises $2. 33 of the 105 items cost the same at all six. Items sold at only some of the restaurants, and the Three For All bundles, are left out. This compares one restaurant per city, before tax and tip.
